North Carolina is currently facing trials of violence, tragedy, and political division, calling believers to uphold justice, mourn with those who mourn, and pursue peace (Romans 12:15-18). Amid threats of terror, economic uncertainty, and communal grief, Christians are reminded to pray for wisdom for leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-2), to act as peacemakers (Matthew 5:9), and to trust in God’s sovereignty over turbulent times.
