A series of deadly accidents is unfolding across the U.S.: a man fell from Six Flags Over Georgia’s Goliath coaster leaving other riders stranded and injured, a three-vehicle crash in Polk County, Florida rolled a school bus killing two and hospitalizing dozens of students, a motorist in the Bronx drove through an intersection striking pedestrians and killing at least one, and a longtime Nobu chef in Malibu was killed when his parked car was struck by a teen driver. In the face of these tragedies, Christians are urged to seek wisdom and truth in the investigations, offer mercy and practical neighbor-love to victims and first responders, and work for dignity and safety that prevents future harm.
