Virginia, D.C. sue to block Trump's arch
Virginia and the District of Columbia filed federal lawsuits to halt potential construction of a proposed 250-foot memorial arch near the Potomac River adjacent to Arlington National Cemetery. There are now three lawsuits seeking to stop work, while the administration says construction could begin imminently.
