France protests intensify as youth lead rallies
France saw nationwide youth-led protests on Oct. 31, with authorities reporting about 320,000 people demonstrating. Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez warned of a "very high risk" of disorder, especially after dark on Halloween. Similar youth-led rallies were reported in Germany and Italy.
