Grounded Viewpoint
The mix of synagogue violence, cross-border retaliation, rising anti-Muslim political rhetoric, and faith communities experimenting with culture and technology shows religion as both a target and a public force in our moment. Scripture calls believers to be peacemakers and defenders of the vulnerable, to reject hatred and false witness, and to steward cultural tools and leadership with humility and love (e.g., Matthew 5:9; Leviticus 19:18; Romans 12:17–21; 1 Peter 5:2–3).
