Grounded Viewpoint
The recent string of law-enforcement stories — from school assaults and random homicides to cold-case identification and politically charged debates over security — presses the biblical summons to seek justice, defend the vulnerable, and hold leaders accountable (Micah 6:8; Psalm 82). Christians are called both to support lawful authority in protecting neighbors (Romans 13) and to pursue mercy, restoration, and necessary reform so that truth and peace may prevail.
